Last week (flash backs)There’s a little confusion, Leshanna attacks the dragon, but her fireball is ineffective. Harsnagg dashed away and scorned her. Harshnagg is attacked but is blessed by Thoradin, so survives a dragon attack. The all attempt to attack with limited success. Harshnagg suddenly dashes at the dragon and attacks. The dragon thrashes and tries to break free. The tail smashes into the sides of the statues. Harshnagg calls out again, “Flee! Your fate lies elsewhere”. The tail whips into the side of the Alffather statue. A chunk of the stone drops to the floor and just as it does, the whole room starts to shake. Each of them looks up and sees the ceiling begin to drop large stones and they realise that it is collapsing. Harshnagg is yanking the dragon and trying to hold on. Harshnagg grabs the head of the dragon and throws it onto the floor. He grabs his axe and begins running towards the swirling mist of the portal. The ceiling begins to fall, through the cracks there is an enormous flash of purple light and the sound of a crack that they remember as the sound of a teleportation spell. The doorway has nothing but stone and rubble. They run down the long corridor towards the exit. Thoradin jumps onto his shield like a snowboard and begins to slide to avoid the rocks. Loner has a theme song. Londer moves like a cat missile. There is a deep rumbling side from inside and it echos from the hallway behind them. Dust and debris spits out into the hallway, immersing them in a cloud. they can hear the mountain shaking. As the wind rushes up, the pillars and the statues of the giants collapse. When the dust clears and the snowflakes circle around a new scene of devastation appears before them. They can see the red sky ship vessel and bodies of the crew all blackened, their skin smouldering. The dust settles. Londer has a Nick Cage moment. Miss Moss calls to Leshanna, to see if she can find the fire elemental. Thoradin can, if he has a rest. They begin to restore the ship. Leshanna casts a Rope Trick and they crawl in to rest and recover. The fire elemental is in the spider caves. They have heard stories of fire elementals being kept in iron flasks. Londer and Thoradin enter the spider caves. They cross over many bodies of spiders. Thoradin commands the elemental. It is in humanoid form. It prepares to attack as they approach. Londer gives Thoradin Commanders Strike. Thoradin pulls out his hip flask. It has some fine whiskey in it. He walks up as close to the elemental as he dares and sprays it forward, laying a trail from the elemental. The elemental catches onto the flame like a fuse and fires across the flame into the flask. Thoradin flicks the flask closed and the elemental is trapped. They make haste back to the boat and the furnace is ready. They pop the elemental into the furnace, closing the door and releases it back into the furnace. Miss Moss high fives everyone. Gunther has gone very well with his sewing, the sail is complete.  They manage to restore the ship. They get ready with the grill to fire up the furnace. The heat of the fire elemental rises up, but the gap releases the fire elemental. The fire elemental takes off. The wind picks up, it’s a lot colder.
