A mini rebellion of slaves breaking free. The clouds continue to race over. Screams, water and sand around. A few of the adventurers are in a tent surrounded by bodies. A laughing yak man stands out the front and another hangs onto life near Thoradin’s Guardian of Faith. Leshanna has climbed into her Rope Trick and has called out to anyone who wants to join her. She’s taking a rest. Londer is still up near where he just freed the slaves. It’s chaos. — Quests and tasks:– Accessing a conch to root out the evil in King Hecaton’s court – Getting news of the Fire Giants at the Forge to King Morinn and Queen Tithmel – Finding Lia’s sister – Seeking the powerful weapon in the possession of Cerise (Hecaton’s daughter on the throne) – Avenging the slain cloud giant (Igorn) who was killed by his father – Finding Moog (the sad giant’s) husband |
| Last week (flash backs) | Lia is a little damaged, she looks around, then quickly climbs up on the roof, firing a couple of arrows at one of the yak men. Another attacks Kyon and the lion falls to the ground and bursts away, conveyed back to its plain. Gunther calls out, “Yooohoo, Moomoo, Fuck You!” and attacks. A yak man runs at Londer with revenge in its enormous cow eyes. It didn’t even make the distance. Londer dashes towards the noises sees a barn attached to a residence near the tower. He can hear noises, but can’t quite work out where it is coming from. Responding to the death of Kyon, Thoradin lets out a “Noooooooo!” and attacks the yak man, he teeters close to death. Thoradin raises green burning flames and burns him to a crisp. It smells like revenge and beef. Leshanna targets the revenge-driven cow man and casts hideous laughter, he falls to the ground laughing. Another yak runs straight into the guardian of faith, taking some damage. Lia attacks again from the roof. Miss Moss pulls out her great sword and douses it in poison before slashing at the yak. Gunther points at the yak man’s armour and places a magical mouth on his chest. It speaks with Gunther’s words, “Stop these are our friends!” The other laughs harder, and the third responds, calling “What’s the matter with you?” It is a quite a scene. Londer reaches the building and busts the door down with his greataxe. It splinters open. It is a sparsely furnished residence. He sees five halflings, one recently killed. They all wear loin cloths and rags. The ones that are still alive call out for help. Other voices call out for help. Londer steps into the room. Thoradin whistles for Shep, who comes running. Screams from all over continue. Leshanna dashes towards Londer. Lia calls down her gryphon and jumps on Keanareeves Miss Moss attacks again then Gunther does too, clicking his fingers to get the mouth going again. Londer walks up to one of the cows and says “Drop the sword”. He frees the slaves. Thoradin kills another yak man. The halflings run out of the room where Londer has freed them. From the other barn, comes another group running out. More figures rush out, led by an elf woman. Leshanna hears screams and the sound of another execution. Screams from all around, the slaves are running out of the buildings. The moon elf calls out, “Please help us!” One of the yak folk is in pursuit. Leshanna crawls into her rope balloon in the sky and takes a rest. Lia attacks and kills another yak man. |
